I have just declined again his will to be among Insectnet advertisers.
I have received some nice Agrias from them, but I know that they will scam some people, especially those who send money upfront. Never do this with Peruvian, Papuan/Solomon or African sellers. They could be so rich working professionally ... what a pity...

I saw one in Indiana 2 years ago, it was eating a Colias ponteni. I hadn't time to take a picture of it because a smilodon frightened him !

Keeping a collection under the tropics is not an easy task. The best option is to have a cond air room with good drawers but it can be costful.

John
The difference between beatifica beata and beatifica lachaumei is very thin... a lot of Agrias collectors consider them to be synonym.
For your info, it is named after Gilbert Lachaume who is the expert of entomological sales in French Auction Houses (the famous French insect auctions in Paris Drouot and Dijon).

The Delias species represented is the ultra-rare Delias neeltje described by Fred Gerrits and Henk van Mastrigt in 1993.

I think Teinopalpus imperialis gerritesi Nakano, 1995 from Nan, Thailand was probably named after him. The Japanese part of the text mentions "Dr. F. Gerrites". Presumably this is a misspelling of his name. Adam. Yes it was named after him. Note that there is a mispell in the taxon Delias messalina gerrittsi too. (an additional "t") 2 splendid taxa, 2 mispells. Knowing Fred, he must have found that funny !
