This could be Lycorea ilione albescens (Danaidae) or Olyra crathis (Ithomidae) Can anyone clear this up for me?

yes, under full sunlight you see the irridescence. But in collections it's always disappointing to see those dark blue irridescent species that do not really show full colors like in color photos taken from specific angles and lighting. Lots of Eunica, Agrias, Prepona and many other blue species appear black in normal room lighting

Beautiful picture but exaggerates the colors. In a collection it doesn't look like that

For example I set this butterfly a long time ago and I don't like it .In the end it depends on your personal preference but without raising the hindwings too high or leaving them too low

No! I used to lift the hindwings up too high when I was a beginner and consider it a big mistake now. Some Japanese collectors leave the hindwings even lower and I don't like that but about half way seems right to me .
I also like to lift the forewings a bit higher than a vertical line.
This specimen is about my "ideal setting".

From Vietnam. This is huge (9.5cm wingspan) and the most beautiful specimen I have seen of this species .I also have one from China that I thought was big but it's much smaller

I found an old specimen in a box I stashed away 20 years ago. Sorry my setting skills weren't that great back then but here it is. I noted in a spreadsheet it's from Gabon .I don't remember who I got it from.

Graphium wing is less sturdy than Monarch wing so he'll break it again
