Hi everyone,
On Monday evening I got a mating of Saturnia spini in a flight cage. The copula lasted until the morning. The next night the female laid no eggs, last night she laid only 14 eggs. On both nights she didn't call either. I had expected she would lay all of her eggs during the first night after mating. I'm very interested in your opinions: is there still a chance that she will lay fertile eggs?
