They can fly. They are coming from outdoors seeking warmth. Typically harmless.

When they are inside home they are just moving and when I touch them they are again just moving. Do you know their name?

They are "true" bugs, common name- squash bug. They get mature late summer.
I don't know the Latin for them off hand.
