I am finding it very hard to find a place to buy food plants. Does anyone know where one can buy the following plants in the northern California area?
Schinus terebinthifolius Brazil peppertree Prunus virginiana Chokecherry
Thanks, Richard
PS: Do you know any good mail-order nurserys in western USA?

I don't think S. terebinthifolius would survive the winters in Northern California. Temperatures down into the mid 20s almost killed my established trees this past January. They're also sold as trees at nurseries, so I don't think you could mail order one. You might be able to get seeds from someone, but they only seed in the fall.
I bet you can find one for sale in Southern California though. If not, there's always S. molle, but it's a larger, messier, uglier tree.
