George H. W. Bush 41st President of the United States. 1924 to 2018. There were only two presidents in my life time that I truly admired. George H. W. Bush was one of them. A great gentleman and a truly caring person. He truly cared about our great nation. Although he was a one term President as he lost re-eection to Bill Clinton.
Although I never met the man, I knew he was true to his country. Besides, he serviced his country during WW2. Anybody who can fly an airplane off of an Aircraft Carrier is made of stern stuff as far as I am concerned.
He was a great man, father, grandfather and President.
No.42 was a draft dodger and pedophile. He was a disgrace to the Office he was elected to serve.
My other President that I admired was Gerald Ford. 38th POTUS. The one great deed that President Ford did was to Pardon Richard Nixon. In doing so Ford put an end the the political circus cause by Nixon. Because of that pardon, he lost the 1976 election to Jimmy Carter. Ford put the Country first.
And in 2016 we elected Trump. And do not ever try to convince me the the American voters do not have a sense of humor.
Back in the 1970's there was a cartoon strip, "Wait Until Your Father Gets home". It was rather short-lived series (There was also a prime time cartoon show on Net Work TV that was extremely popular but also short lived.) If I remember correctly there was Mom, Dad, two older sisters and a little boy. The family was eating dinner when the little boy ask the father if the Prisdent broke wind. The father's response: Pass me the Beans .

Bush 41 cemented the Deep State as the controlling entity of USA. As a member of the Bones and Skulls society of industrials, lawyers, and other power brokers, he leveraged his positions at CIA and the presidency to ensure decisions were made to the benefit of the elite.
He drove US subjugation to the New World Order. He turned a blind eye, then empowered, the quasi-military ATF. He took us into a far-away war which was unnecessary except to those who profit from oil, and resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people.
His back door dealings with the Kennedy gang and Clinton regime was not a far cry from coalitions of narco syndicate cooperation, since they all share a common, ultimate goal. His cronies and those of the Clinton agenda were all cut from the same cloth, the political differences being fabricated to distract the common man.
Bush 41 set the direction of USA and embedded Deep State puppets, a situation which the Founding Fathers warned, and which is nearly impossible to dig out of.
Holy smokes, did I miss something on the road thru life. I am sure that you could explain that in detail in less than 22 billion words.
I Have never quiet figured out all this deep state stuff. I realize people believe all that deep state stuff, especially since they legalized Marijuana.
What is your personal opinion of Bill Clinton. A known liar, and yes, an Adulter. This aught to be good!
Can I also assume that you believe that WW2 was fought to the benefit of the wealthy elitest.
After reading your "post". I think I will take Momma to the Waffle House. During our last Waffle House visit, the conversation turned into a heated debate over who will win the "Voice". Now there is a true challenge for you, go explain all that deep state stuff to the regulars and employees at the Waffle House. They might not be as dumb as you think.
I occasionally visit Virginia to collect Lepidoptera, when I cross over the mountains to the north of the town of Blue Grass and go deep into the forest, that is deep state stuff, right??
I am still waiting to see that film of Adolf Hitler banging Eva Braun. I read somewhere many years ago that Eva was actually a switch hitter. Ding dong the dick ain't dead!!

Let's talk about WW2 then.
Teddy Roosevelt set up Japan as a US proxy over Asia. That worked until it didn't when the Japanese figured out they could rule Asia without being a proxy. That's really where WW2 started.
Japan wasn't interfered with in China (with the exception of a "no go" zone in Shanghai by the Marines). Japan in Manchuria kept the Russians busy and out of post-WW1 Europe economic concerns, and out of the Balkan oil.
FDR imprisoned Sino-Americans illegally to satisfy Californian voters (thus retaining the power base of the Democrats and their cronnies), despite advise from most of his advisors that it was unconstitutional, illegal, and a really bad idea.
Lindbergh called the B-24 "the worst piece of metal aircraft construction I have ever seen". Despite Ford's Willow Run plant being larger and newer than any other plant, 18,482 B-24s were built as compared to 12,731 B-17s, which was a far superior aircraft. Industrialist Ford didn't want to spend the money on worker housing and services, instead banking the cash.
In 1938, with war looming, "Pig Iron Bob" Menzies (AUS) forced iron ingots to be sent to Japan, despite union refusal to load the ships. Who do you think urged that on?
The then-NWO Bank of International Settlements, headed by American Thomas McKittrick (Harvard) not only assisted the Nazis with looting European gold, but "arranged deals with Nazi industrialists to guarantee their profits after the Allied victory." Despite some in Washington calling for his removal and prosecution, it never happened (wonder why?). McKittrick went on to head Chase after the war...I hate Chase.
Prescott Bush (father of George HW Bush) ran Union Banking Corporation (UBC), to represent the interest of Nazi Germany's Thyssen company. In 1942, UBC- still headed by Prescott Bush- was seized under Trading with the Enemy Act. Bush was never prosecuted.
Hitler bestowed IBM boss Thomas Watson (USA, NY) with the prestigious Order of the German Eagle with Star for unique service to the Reich. IBM subsidiary Dehomag made the equipment used to count and track the Jews, both before the war and during. IBM Dehomag had counting equipment in every concentration camp. IBM NY continued to receive royalties throughout the war. IBM boss Watson personally approved funding to build bomb shelters for the IBM equipment at each concentration camp. In 1943 Justice Dept tried to investigate IBM, but was blocked by the administration. The IBM Dehomag factory in Germany was "spared for some unknown reason by our airmen."
Standard Oil virtually gave away free to the Nazis the formula for synthetic rubber, while withholding it from the US government. Furthermore, in 1939 the Brits blocked oil delivery to Nazi Germany, so Standard Oil reflagged tankers to Panamanian registry, and delivered oil to Canary Islands, where it was then forwarded to Germany. Standard Oil also trucked oil to Germany through Switzerland as late as 1942.
You know about all those bombers attacking the ball bearing factories, right? Well SKF USA sent ball bearings to Panama, and on to Germany. Germany actually only made 20% of the ball bearings they used. SKF Philadelphia director William Bratt warned the Nazis about the upcoming raid (Oct '43) against Schweinfurt. Hap Arnold lost 60 plans, and was documented to say the Nazis knew the raid was coming.
ITT, Ford, Coke, etc. It goes on and on. WW2 drove immense wealth amongst US Industrialists. And virtually nobody was prosecuted. In fact, some US companies were reimbursed by the US government for damage to Axis factories! Nobody went to jail. Bones and Skulls. Prescott Bush. GWH Bush. Clinton's sending missile technology to China. Long list of dirty deeds.

History often takes many years to reveal the nuances and details in order to provide a more comprehensive story. And, there are audience biases (who in 1950 wanted to hear that Standard Oil contributed to the loss of their pilot son?) and author biases (the autobiographies of neither Skorzeny nor Rudel ever mention that post-war both remained ardent Nazis and helped smuggle Nazis into South America.)
To learn more about the shenanigans of elitists, industrialists, and politicians who worked with the enemy (and often got away with it), two good starter books:
I have studied History while in school. I had a professor, Dr. Victor Horowitz, who had studied WW2 quiet extensively. However, he never once mentioned corporate influencing of any kind. I learned that prior to the outbreak of war in 1939, that many German Americans, including my family. had sent money to relatives in Germany prior to the rise of Hitler and the out break of hostilities. Many American companies invested money in the post WW1 era as they knew that an industrialize nation such as Germany, would arise from the ashes of war. However, none of them ever envisioned the rise of Hitler and the horrors that he brought with his rise. My Grandmother (My Fathers Mother) had many family members in Germany. After the end of the war until her death, she could never learn what happened to any of them.
Money and information where shared/exchanged openly after WW1. Many of the situations mentioned in both books more than likely happened. Prior to the out break of WW2, IBM was no major corporation, it was a dinky little company. The founder of IBM I believe was a German and had many contacts/connections and "Family" in Germany. IBM produced and inventory control system using a "punch card" system. The Nazi's used it to track the Jews and eventual round them up and exterminate them. Do I or anyone else ever think that the management of IBM was aware of the use of its equipment and system were used for, I doubt it.
Was there corruption during WW2? Is the Pope Catholic? Same answer. The Authors of those two books evidently thought so. And on an extremely larger scale.
Regardless. I am glad and proud to be an American. The allies won the war. If they had not, what you wrote in your post above would likely have made you disappear. "To Zee Ovens"
Tomorrow in December 7, 2018. Seventy seven (77) years ago tomorrow the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor. We like Toyoda's and Mercedes Benz? What more can I say.
I think whenever you speak of any given president you have to mention both sides (good and bad) of their administrations or personalities to best decide what you think of them. George H.W. Bush I think was genuinely a good man on the outside and he certainly was faithful to his country for his service in the military as well as in the interests of the country when he was president. However, given his lofty position as CIA director, Vice President (2 terms), and President than you know he was rubbing elbows with a lot of the wealthy elite in every sense and at every turn --- to get things done in his various jobs. With that comes some measure of assuredly doing some shady (wheelings and dealings) with like minded powerful people. I think his genuine good probably outweighed the bad so I generally see him in a favorable light. Why some people look so unfavorably upon President Clinton I think is simply unfair. So, the man had no willpower around a younger women who threw herself at him. He was the President and he was still young and dashing at the time. Maybe the wife had no time or interest in him. That's still between him and his wife and they have obviously gotten over it. Gees, the way folks keep going back to this topic you would think the Pope had sex with a nun.... President Clinton's side life however, did not affect the direction of his administration. Under his tenure, it took him 6 of his 8 years in office to get the country out of a budget deficit which "ballooned" ten fold over the Reagan and subsequent Bush administrations. His was the 1st administration to ever show a budget surplus his last 2 years in office since forever (prior to WW2). The country's economy was riding high the whole time he presided over it. Did he also probably do some elitist "grease the wheels" wheeling and dealing --- probably like all those before him. But, again I look at the plus's and minus's and I have to say I think he was great as President as his overall policies affected so many people here in this country in a positive way across the board. The man is no saint but, his management of the country's money matters was exemplary. I won't get any much more involved than to agree with exoticimports that elitists, industrialists, and politicians all have their own agenda separate from the whole of the rest of working society.

I suppose that's a basic element where we disagree. Our society accepts corruption and abuse of power from the elite, politicians, and bureaucrats and waves it off as "well, they're all that way."
In my book, corruption in government should be treated far more harshly than anywhere else. Likewise, I have no use for any politician that initiates, supports, or approves violations of the Constitution. As far as I'm concerned, that's treason. It's been so ingrained for so long now that the courts are part of the racket. Breaking laws is one thing- but violating the Constitution, twisting it and playing games with it, that's unforgivable.
Lincoln, FDR, Bush, Clinton- all knowingly violated the Constitution and they did it for political gain. Often people who are on the other side scream "are they stupid??" actually thinking that these crooks are stupid. They are anything but- they are highly intelligent and know the Constitution. But they are so crooked that they put their own greed and that of their cronies and supporters above the Constitution and our rights.
I watched the entire funeral of former President George H.W. Bush. I listened to the eulogies, especially from his son George. The Bush family is tight knit and held together with deep affection and love. George H.W. Bush was a great man and a great President, but more importantly, a great husband, father and grandfather. However, his family always came first.
I also think that Senator Bob Dole's appearance and his rising from his wheel church to salute President George H.W. Bush speaks volumes, of both men.
President Bill Clinton and his wife (Are they still sleeping together??) sat smugly on the front row. What a stark reminder of the difference in these two men. The latter brought great shame to the office of the President of the United States. The other brought good will and great pride in our great nation.
There is nothing that any of you can say the will change my mind about President George H. W. Bush. Please leave it be.
Leptraps, I am by no means attempting to change your mind or anyone else's regarding political thoughts. I just feel one has to be fair when speaking about notable political figures and it's not fair to skew your thoughts of one individual based upon one singular negative aspect of them or their administration. To call President Clinton a pedophile as you did is not only an awful underhanded remark; it is wrong period. You seem to look past all the greater positives of his 8 years over a character flaw....
The woman who chased after him incessantly was a consenting adult in her early 20's. She was hardly a child. I won't di-gress any more about this subject. The man did an immense service to this country bailing it out of a severe budget deficit largely put in place by his 2 Republican predecessors. It took him 6 hardworking years to do it and is commendable in that as soon as his tenure ended his budget surplus lasted only one year into the next presidential term. Then Bush 2 took over and burned the blueprint to running a good economy.
Exoticimports, our society is hardly the only which accepts corruption and abuse of power and then "waves it off". It is rampant everywhere in this world and it has been in place since forever ! My god, going back ages; kings and queens alike enjoyed it and accepted it. Before them, when people lived in tribes the Chiefs and shamans equally enjoyed their privileged status. It is a negative indeed but, it is a constant no matter what country, dynasty, or age (century) one talks about.
