Name problem

Hello guys,

I just found out that on the parnassius of the world site this two species are discribed:

Parnassius delphius subsp. kohibaba Clench & Shoumatoff, 1956
goran.waldeck.se/paindex.htm
Parnassius staudingeri subsp. kohibaba Clench & Shoumatoff, 1956
goran.waldeck.se/paindex3.htm

is this because staudingeri was a ssp. from delphius and
now is it own species?

Yes, your thought is almost certainly correct, and Goran Waldeck has duplicated the entry for two species, as he forgot to delete it from delphius. Currently kohibaba is regarded as a subspecies in the elegans group of Parnassius staudingeri.
