In the classified adds i see 8 pairs of satanas for sale, are they not protecetd now?

They are listed under CITES Appendix II as of 2010.
So they can be shipped internationally, they just need a CITES certificate from the export country.

i readed the artical last year. Bolivia gov. recommended D.satanus as CITES sp. and now it was listed already. legally say,for the speicmen before the CITES,could be exported or importected with the proof the specimens were obtained before it was listed. D.satanus is avaialble for breeding however it's said it was more difficult to breed it than other species.
