I have noticed a very large number of Viceroy butterflies (Limenitis Archippus) the last few days and extremely few Monarchs (D. plexippus). On a recent 1/2 mile walk, I saw 23 Viceroy and 0 Monarchs. I've not seen such a disparity in population of a mimic before. I also saw many White Peacocks (Anartia). There was 1 for every 4 paces I took. Most had significant flight wear. Also - plenty on juvenille gators! 10 or so Sulphurs (Phoebus philea) were busy ovipositing.

I can't necessarily speak for Central Florida, but here in South Florida the White Peacocks are always very common, as are the Gulf Fritillaries. Orange Barred and Cloudless Sulphurs are relatively common as well. I have not seen any Viceroys yet this year, though I have seen the occasional monarch and queen. I have caught a few glimpses of a specie of swallowtail that think may be Pipe-vine Swallowtail, which I have not previously seen in my area. I can't say so for certain though till I get a good picture or catch one.
