paleartic site for butterflies and cetoniid ?

Does exist a site to determine some Paleartic butteflies (espacially Croatia, Istria) and Cetoniid (I have at least 5 species) ?
I have the Higgings but failed to find satisfactory determination for most of them !

Furthermore the easiest thing to get stuff identified is posting them here on insectnet (I would send the pics of Cetoniidae to Stéphane, entomofou, if he is ok with it )
