Is this a Drywood Termite alate?

Could someone help identify this insect?
I found this 1/4 inch long (just a couple of them) together with hundreds of seemingly related very tiny winged insects (about 1/16th of an inch long) in the bathtub. They were also crawling on the light fixtures and the smaller insects seemed attracted to the light.
I put one of the ant traps, but they didn't seem interested.
Could this be the Drywood Termite alate?
They have been coming into the house after sunset since this past week.
I am in the Dallas, TX area.

This is not a termite, but an ant; from the wings I would judge it to be a reproductive female, and the smaller individuals you mentioned are probably males. As far as what specie of ant you have here, I cannot say for certain; the picture is not exactly clear. But definitely not a termite.
