This TV show which started during the 1970s and is still going strong today really "gives tribute" to bugs.It is also noted that the main characters also fought enemies whose designs was inspired by other insects and animals though. The series is called Kamen Rider. The first and second cyborg hero motifs were based on grasshoppers while the third was based on a dragonfly. Later on the other heroes of the following TV series that came after that were modeled on a moth and also a beetle. There was also a non-insect based one which was based on either a monitor lizard or a piranha. I found some of the shows that came after the third series to be lacking and couldn't measure up but some were okay. If Kamen Rider Super-1 was your first series then you might not want to watch the rest. Kamen Rider Stronger was kinda good. Even the Suicide Squad director James Gunn said he was a fan of Kamen Rider. The enemy monster suits may look fake and funny but choreographed fights are better than the 1970s Batman. Plus it had enemies that exploded when they die.
(Sorry, wasn't able to give the better link that would do the series justice)

It was Batman 1966, and your opinion is subjective, with all due respect. I do find Japanese music melodic and interesting however.
