I thought there were usually some on Marketplace?
There are specialists who deal with cacoons, I assume you know them?
If there's something special you want, you might try posting a request come Spring. I don't bother with all manner of species, unless someone asks.

for several decades we have reared local and exotic saturnids, sphingidae, and even some buterflies. Here is a jpg of a mature larvae of Attacus atlas. Some of these were reared in plastic containers here om my desk, others in large numbers by enclosing newly hatched larvae in large garden quilting bags 12' x 30' on brances of foilage here at my home. One thing I learned is that if you expect to be successful in having moths mate you need a large screened cage so that the moths are exposed to natural air flow. Here is a link to a video illustrating my 8'x8'x8' cage screened cage I used for almost 20 years showing 40+ male moths of the saturnid species Callosamia securifera being drawn to three females which freshly hatched inside of the screened cage in the bright mid-day sunlight. Open video full screen.

Here is large gaeden quilt bag with Attacus atlas larvae in my yard feeding on common privet. Goal is to enclose as much fooplant as possible inthe bag enclosure so the larvae go through many or all of the larval instars to when the form cocoons (chrysalis).

Vernon, Can we see a few more marvelous pictures of larvae which you have raised ?
Have you ever raised C. regalis ?
That would be a dandy one to show ...

BEST TOM Give "beetleforum.net" a try for beetle larva of all types, I see many different species of natives offered there time to time. Not many people raise flies- Carolina Biological might have something different for you, but a want ad at the beetle forum should get you some results.
