Hello! I'm new to this forum but have made a few purchases over the years from the classifieds. I'm just wondering why there are no beetle breeders selling anything? Is that not allowed? Am I missing something? Just curious my friends! Thank you so much!

I think most beetle enthusiasts here in the US (who are into breeding) do it more so for the challenge, the interest in a particular species, or for hobby sake.
Overseas however, the Japanese and the Koreans in particular seem to "branch out" into making it more of a business once they have perfected a method for a desirable species.
Also, beetles in general seem to have much longer life histories so it may take many months or upwards of 2 - 3 years to finally achieve adults of anything (worth investing such time into). I mean who wants to really run through cycles of mealworm beetles time and again...
There are a couple of beetle forums which you could look into which may provide answers as to how breeders may be contacted.

You are not missing anything, and beetles are allowed. There are several members that breed beetles, and will offer livestock now and then. I'm new to beetle raising, and it doesn't seem as easy as raising lepidoptera, there is another platform called "beetleforum.net" where you might be more likely to find breeders of our natives.
