Insect found inside home in Sydney, Australia - what is it?

We live in Sydney, Australia, in a townhouse and was looking through some boxes that we had yet to unpack after the move and this bug fell out of one of the boxes. Would love it if it could be identified. Thank you.

Oh phew, thank goodness. Had a run-in with cockroaches a while back and we're all on edge. Will do!!
