I just sent a copy to Chuck.
The citation is Ecological Entomology [1985], 10: 19-28. It was in the 1984 volume, but not actually published until 1985.

You can just make an account with any email. It's not like they are going to check the validity of the data you provide.

Chuck, you should try again : I registered last week with a classic gmail account. You can register as an independant researcher, you will just need to send them some links towards some of your scientific publications.

Yes, ResearchGate has to manually approve applicants without institutional e-mail addresses. This is in order to exclude spammers and other troublemakers. If you are a genuine researcher they will let you in after vetting.

I am waiting Researgate for upload of "Environmental consequences of treating cattle with the antiparasitic drug ivermectin" by Gavin Wall and Les Strong. 1987. It maybe that a copy - much appreciated by me if it can be posted here - of the paper is in a repository at Bristol University, the home of Prof. Wall & Strong at the time. I don't have Bristol Uni. access. It was the seminal paper that launched much research into the eco toxicity of the macrocyclic lactones and including ivermectin. Negatively Impacting especially dung feeding insect fauna, such as dung beetles.

Papers cannot be posted on Insectnet as files cannot be uploaded to the forum. Perhaps someone here has a copy but I rather doubt it. If they do they could send you a PM through the message system and e-mail it to you privately, but please don't be too hopeful.
This is not really the right place to try to find scientific publications only minimally related to insects. Unfortunately it is very difficult to obtain most papers published before the internet era and still under copyright (after 1923 in most cases) as there are often no electronic copies available.
You said "I don't have Bristol Uni. access". Actually that is irrelevant, as copyright belongs to the journal in which the paper was published, not the university where the researchers worked.
Adam.

I’d like to read it. It never occurred to me that coprophages would suffer from medications, though in hindsight it’s obvious
