I'd say if it doesn't pan out for you, try purchasing bugs fom Insect-Sale or Ianni. they are pretty good dealers. So is Tropical Insects of America. Good luck.

Can't wait to go home and look for these awesome beetles along with Dynastes tityus. Tom, how was the collecting in Woodlawn this summer? The collecting here in afghanistan was horrible, even though I got to go to some cool areas for parnassius. I did manage to get some goodies for you.

This is why I can't wait to go back to Tennessee before collecting season starts. I'm going to collect Dynastes tityus, Lucanus elephas, and hopefully speyeria diana this next season.

I only wish I could have something neater to trade, but I only have some battered P. loxias tashkorensis and a P. autocrator. I did manage to trade for some P. acco przwalskyii and P. choui, even though I am currently deployed in afghanistan. I can't wait to get back home to spread them out and I will post some nice pics of my aquisitions once they are ready.
