A.R. Wallace has always been my most admired naturalist. After researching his work, I have concluded that he was a very gracious man, and quite enthusiastic in his endeavors. In my opinion he should be given more credit than he now has. His thought process and approach to his theories were based on his own experiences, in a purely logical way. I can't help but wonder how far they (Wallace and Darwin) would have gotten if they had the ability to analyze and study DNA in those days.
