I have seen several in the past few weeks. We had a normal winter (What's a normal winter???
They are a late summer early fall species in Central Kentucky.

I collected a couple of them in South Texas over Labor Day weekend. Not too common near my home near Galveston. I have been seeing Phoebis agarithe here which is usually uncommon.

I still haven't found any. I think I need to locate a thistle patch and maybe my luck will change.
