There are features on this board I haven't gotten around to checking out yet. But this link does not explain what you are talking about. It reads, "shopping cart not found."
Am I missing something?

Well it was working earlier. The function allowed you to pay money to buy things like a "thank you badge" or other badges to give to other members. I assumed it would appear next to their avatar and also that you got some of the proceeds.
