Hey guys, my friend in Pa. just found this. At first I thought it was a Black Soldier Fly Larvae, but then he pointed out the fact that it had legs and Ant.
Any idea what this is? The larvae is pictured inside of a medicine bottle.

Some kind of primitive insects. I think it's a silverfish.

Definitely a silverfish, Lepisma saccharina.
