Dear timoinsect
Identification is as follows;
sp.1 Stichophthalma camadeva Beautiful. Fresh emerged one.
sp.2 Stichophthalma nourmahal ? It is an interesting species known from Bhutan, Assam, northern Myanmar and SW China. Last one without eye spots should be only the abberation of sp.2.
Cheers, mokky

Dear Mokky,
i was lucky had the first one. and only this one,i came across several when i was in the lower elevation forst 1000m (very good condition),the first feeling was look very much alike with Morpho,but no one was caught.. i am not sure if the same with this sp. but probally. this one was caught in the ele. over 2000m (only few to see),very good forest condition.
sp.2 about males,more quantity were collected (not much though). female only this one.
they like to rest on dung of horse,this helps a lot to catch them without they are in flying(becomes hard to catch).

about sp2
some other people said is a tibeten subspecies of Stichophthalma neumogeni ,sometimes everybody's idea is a bit different.. it sometimes hard to tell if without deeper study. butterflies are complex,unlike beetles,that they are easy to broken,that's one of the reason i have little interest to them
