This is a Lepidopteran larvae.
It's smooth appearance lends it a look of a butterfly larvae.
Generally speaking, most moth larvae are quite hairy or in some
cases laden with spines.
I would further say it could be some species of Pieridae as the broccoli
family is one frequently mentioned as a favorite amongst those butterflies.
I'm sure a European member could help further...

I'm not sure, but it might be a Noctuid moth larva (Noctuid in the old sense of the name) rather than a Pierid butterfly.
