Hello. Over the years i have been looked that insects in entomological collections are stored in wood boxes. Is any problem with stored insects temporally (for 1 year) in plastic boxes wich are hermetically sealed and prevent the pests enter, and if i control the humidity in 40-60% HR for avoid the mold growth?

No, nothing is wrong keeping insects in plastic boxes, but keep in mind that some plastics react ( melt ) with contact to some chemicals for example paradichlorobenzene (PDB moth balls).
