I think the Juvisy insect fair is always the last weekend of September. So is it scheduled for 29&30 September this year 2018. Please confirm. Thank you. Morphonut

It is usually the last weekend in September but it's too early to confirm yet. Invitations to traders usually get sent out in May. However, last year there were rumours that the organiser didn't want to continue with it and was looking for someone else to take over. I don't yet know what will happen.

Yes, I confirm.
Any pictures of the Lyon fair, I've never attend it and would like to know if it's worth it.

I don't have relevant pictures, but in my opinion it's an interesting fair. It's smaller than Juvisy, with a part dedicated to reptiles. Still, the two times I attended this fair, i found some interesting species for my collection (this year, uncommon ssp of p. bianor, p. dehaanii and p. paris) for good prices. As it's less crowded than Juvisy, you also have more time to talk with the traders. Also a lot of stand dedicated to common - decorative species : Goliathus, P. ulysses, U. ripheus, etc.
What about Entomodena, is it worth it?
Regards, Ron

Yes Entomodena is excellent, as good as Juvisy for Asian and Neotropical material. For African material, Juvisy is better as French/Belgian dealers have better connection with Africa than Italians.
