Ex ovo pair of P. machaon alpicae(?), 2nd generation. I collected the eggs in Switzerland at 2000-2100m height. Next week I will post some more pictures of P. machaon aberrations and P. saharae. Attachments:

John, I used Angelica sylvestris. It was the first time I used this foodplant instead of Fennel, it's very suitable for mass rearing.
