The gold spots are huge due the the pupae overwintering down here in NSW, The cold weather always brings out gold spots on the males and the females have a lot of yellow too. Regards, Lance.

The pair illustrated by Okano - are not with Okano but reside in Brisbane - as they belong to me - and No Gary did his many years before John and Silka did theirs. I actually bought many specimens from Gary - MY PLANT GURU. The paradisea you see in the same pic is from Jan Pasternak and was one of two specimens caught in the same area along with his meridionalis from Lake Jamur etc.
I know that richmondia - if they take a real long time to develop usually end up as form reducta and I also did 8 pairs where the green was the beautiful gold sheen and these went to Jan Haugum but none returned along with many other specimens sad to say.
Blue euphorian are reported and I know of a few being taken. Parsons I think illustrates a gold priamus and a male of Poseidon just emerged in Manokwari that is MORE developed than the ones done by John and Silka - NOT as much GOLD but TOTALLY green with much gold - the only real black being the scent scales.
If you know Gary's email and Tony's email (Tony Hiller) I would like them along with Max and David. There is also the ever elusive Greg Daniels - if he can be located as I did hear he managed to dislodge is GPS tracker. That or he was attacked by a 10 foot Asilid paying him back for all the losses to his collection of the family.
Cheers - Greg
