Apparently the EU has stopped the sale of Naphthalene for some time now. It is still freely available in Australia, but for how long ? There is now an alleged remote risk of our babies dying from its effects... www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2011/02/07/3132266.htm?section=justinAll I can say is that I have been breathing Paradichlorbenzene and Naphthalene for half a century and apart from nighmares of rare Delias being just out of reach...I am quite normal, normal, NORMAL

Apparently the EU has stopped the sale of Naphthalene for some time now. It is still freely available in Australia, but for how long ? A quick search for "moth balls" on eBay UK produces LOTS of sellers still selling naphthalene...probably stock that will run out at some point, but... Anyway, I can't believe that anyone (our masters at the EU) would be shocked by the fact that an insecticide is toxic! I'll still be using it... Simon
