Thanks Stephane,
Are they the biggest species in their order or family? I read somewhere China has the biggest Tipulidae in the world but I'm not sure about the other two? It was eyes openning experience collecting there because everything is 10 time bigger than the materials where I came from.

Hi morpho45
I caught them all myself with 3 visits to that part of Guangdong China over 2 years. I've seen even bigger specimens than those but they all have legs missing, so I didn't collect them. I don't think you can find or buy these materials online because all dealers will only interested in selling something that is worth money. There're something you will have to catch them yourself.

Dose anybody know a mothod on how to kill them with out their legs fallen off? It was really hard to do especially with the crane flies and the Scutigera sp.
Thanks Raymond

Yes, they are from Nanning in July. You will only find them after a few days of heavy rain.
