Price can seem to be high, but 270 pages with 26 colour plates printed in small quantity, i.e. less than a hundred is a real bargain !

Marcin, Antiquariaat Junk in Holland sold 2 copies recently, but it is such a rare book that you may have to wait very long before one copy comes on the market ! For those interested in modern and old entomological books, I have opened a Facebook page www.facebook.com/groups/oldentomologicalbooks/ where you are wellcome to join ... A+, Michel

Although the printing and binding quality of this book is very poor, it seems to me that it covers all butterflies and skippers of Andaman and Nicobar islands. Some of the photographs are pretty bad, but early stages are covered in the book. For each and every species, you find : description, early stages, similar species, life cycle, larval food plants, flight period, distribution and status ...

Tom, both books include Andaman. My copies are not for sale, and I have none of these titles for sale in my shop at present ...
There is a specific book covering Andaman and Nicobar which is :
VEENAKUMARI K., & al. Butterflies of Andaman and Nicobar islands Port Blair, Central Agricultural Research Institute, 2008 ; In-4, iv, 186 pp.,

When you pay with paypal, you can claim when you do not get your parcel within a certain period ! In your case you waited too long and I think it is too late now to obtain something with paypal ...

The Wynter-Blyth has more plates, but does not include montain species and some of the commoner skippers. There is also the Bingham book which is older ... It depends what you are looking for ? I have original editions of all of these if you have special questions !

My very large collection of Cymothoe joined the largest african butterflies collection of A.B.R.I. (African Butterflies Research Institute) from Steve COLLINS in Nairobi Kenya in 2005. I always wanted my collection to end there, and I did before I will become dust ... Now I have to think about my very large library and haven't decided yet !
