This year my insect collection was not only selected for state fair but won best overall in the state of Indiana. The requirements: - Order, family, and species where possible.
- Date and location of capture.
- 100 specimens of 100 different species.
- 18 or more orders.
- All from US and Canada.
- One educational box with the theme: Benefits of Insects.
Specifics on my collection: Orders: 21 Families: 83 Specimens added since last year: 45 County: Whitley
Thanks to everyone from this site for contributing to my knowledge and education on the topic of entomology, I truly appreciate it. And here is me with my collection today:

Good work! I won a collections price once. I think the main reason i won it is because no one else entered. Collecting insects was rather obscure and rare.
