Wait until you have more pupae and then compare them all again. In some species the male pupae do look a bit like females, but when you see a real female pupa you will know the difference straight away. In some species the sexes are always very obvious, but in others it is less easy.
Actually in general it is normal for the first larvae to pupate to be mostly males, and the females pupate a few days later. Similarly the male pupae start to emerge before the females, this enables the males to mature their spermatophore before the females hatch, so they can mate with them having already attained maximum fertility which takes a few days. Having said that, this is not a firm rule, sometimes the first ones to pupate are females.

the size of the caterpillars that I collected in the wild have been very different, some have been 1,5 cm and the others just comming out of the eggs, thats why I have so few pupae now ready. But as you say ,if I have more pupaes, I will start seeing the difference better.

Males often need several days before they will hand pair successfully. Pairing can be especially difficult if the male is still really fresh because the claspers are still not completely hardened. Feed the male well and after a few days it may be easier to pair.
On the other hand, females are usually easiest to pair on the first day after emerging. Ideally you want to pair a fresh female with an older male.
